  1. On Home, press + and choose Custom audio.
  2. Pick the file. The counter shows its length.
  3. Pick the brand profile and send. The voice step is skipped.

What happens to it

Your recording is transcribed when you press Generate video. The transcript becomes the script, and the footage, graphics and music are placed on your words. Your pauses stay as you recorded them.

Numbers come back spelled out in the transcript, for example “two thousand and nineteen”.

What it costs

There’s no voiceover to make, so a video from your own audio costs 90 credits a finished minute instead of 100. See How credits work.

Get a clean result

  • Record in a quiet room, close to the microphone.
  • Leave out music and sound effects. Music is added for you.
  • Keep to one speaker.
